Please read our rental agreement carefully before proceed to rent our hats.
1. Price is for three days (72 hours) rental upon picking up the hats at our shop.
2. Refundable $100 should be paid as guaranteed deposit.
3. You agree to treat the Products with great care, as if it was borrowed from your close friend. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the hat due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. If you return a hat that is damaged, stains then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the hat, as determined in our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Product.
4. If you return your rental items late or do not return them at all, a late fee of $50 per day will be charged to the credit card you used for the order (or to any other credit card included on your account).
5. If you have not returned a rental item within 20 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Karen Morris Millinery will charge your credit card or debit card the maximum late fee (200% of retail value), less any fees that you have already paid.
